Double Room in large social house

Hey guys, I’m a current resident in this lovely house, and one of our housemates is moving out, so we are looking for a new housemate!

We are a nice, sociable bunch, always hanging out; we enjoy a film night just as much as a big weekend! But we also respect each other’s privacy.

We are looking for someone easygoing who doesn’t mind a drink on the weekend and who wants to be part of the house.

Our house is:
- 10 mins walk from East Acton tube station (Central Line)
- 20 mins walk from Acton Mainline (Lizzie Line)
- 8 mins walk to East Acton High Street - Lidl, Iceland, corner shops, kebab shop etc

The rooms come furnished.

The house has a large communal lounge, a kitchen and has 3 bathrooms (plus an ensuite in one of the other rooms), meaning there’s never a wait or issue.

We have a patio area, grass and a shed out the back where we hang out with a darts board and ample storage space.

All bills are included in the rent, including a bi-weekly cleaner. The deposit for the room is £720.
