Large double (6m x 3.5m) beautiful, bright, quiet, comfortable loft room, in an owner-occupied house in central Acton to let from Sunday night to Thursday night. For single occupancy only.
Quiet, respectful, professional female, over 25 preferred. Sole use during the week, of adjacent private shower room with toilet and wash basin. Use of household kitchen.
The room is furnished with two single beds, bedside table, large wardrobe, arm chair and large desk with desk chair and lamp. Free WiFi, TV/DVD (no Sky or cable). The room has recently been re-decorated and re-carpeted. Towels and bed linen and weekly cleaning are provided.
Acton Mainline station (Elizabeth line) fast trains to Central London/city/Ealing Broadway/Reading/Heathrow 5 mins walk, North Acton (Central line) underground station 15 mins walk, Acton Town underground station (Piccadilly/District line) 20 mins walk. Acton Central station (TFL London Overground) 7 mins walk with regular trains to Richmond or towards Stratford East London/Willesden Junction. local buses 5 mins walk.

The room is in a privately owned and occupied Edwardian terraced house on a quiet residential road in central Acton. Good tube, bus, and railway connections.
We are near to Churchfield Rd in Acton which has a selection of local shops, pubs, restaurants and a wine bar. A large supermarket is 15 mins walk away. A council owned gym with swimming pool is nearby, as are other private gyms and the large Acton park with its own cafe, tennis courts and putting green.
