The building comes with great facilities including a gym, cinema and residents’ clubhouse, and the apartment has 1Gbps WiFi.

The location is also ideal - 2 minutes’ walk from North Acton tube (Central line) and around 8 minutes from Acton Main Line (Elizabeth line).

Similar 2-bed apartments in the building usually go for around £2,800pcm, but as this is a DMR apartment and I’m a key worker, the total rent is just £2,150pcm, to be split equally between us - £1,075 per month for the room.
