Lovely double room + own bathroom + two cats

Hi all
I have a lovely double room in my newbuild apartment close to East Acton Station and just down the road from Shepherds Bush/White City and Acton Mainline station (Elizabeth line).

The apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a decent amount of storage. It is fully furnished, and the room comes with a king sized bed, wardrobe, drawers and side drawers

The area is nice with a park right next door, and a 10 min walk to Acton Park (Acton Central Overground). Lidl is 5 mins walk away, and Tescos 10 mins. There is a place to store bikes, but no car parking (it is not ideal for someone with a car)

I am looking for another easy-going professional, who likes cats as the flat is pre-populated with two.

I am an easy going kiwi, I own the apartment so like to keep it in good shape (I won't leave it months to fix things!) I am a working professional in the office most days of the week.

The rent is £1350pcm, all bills included.

The room will be available from 21 September

I am flexible if you are looking for a short stay only, or are looking longer term
