We’re a friendly, professional household and enjoy socialising together, whether having dinner, going for a drink or catching up at home. It’s not a party flat, but we’re sociable and enjoy having a good relationship with the people we live with.

We’re looking for someone friendly, professional and respectful, ideally of a similar age and lifestyle, who enjoys being sociable but also appreciates their own space.

Non-smoker preferred. The tenancy will go through the agency’s standard referencing and affordability checks, so proof of income/solvency is required.

💷 Rent & tenancy

• £1,100 per month + bills
• Bills approximately £150 per month
• Deposit: £807
• Available late September / 1 October
• Move-in date somewhat flexible

The room originally came unfurnished, so there is flexibility. I’m happy to negotiate on the furniture if you’d like to keep some or all of it, or it can be removed if you prefer your own.
