We are looking to swap a name on the tenancy as our current housemates visa is ending. Is a joint tenancy and you will have to pass referencing. Move in date ASAP, no later than 2nd Nov. Viewings ASAP.

The house:
4 bed house with living room, huge garden, kithen with two fridges. Two floor house, your room will be upstairs facing the garden. One bathroom splitted in two (one toilet, one shower).

The room:
Full furnished double room, two wardrobes and plenty of space, the best room in the house

The housemates:
Australian girl into traveling, works in marketing

Spanish girl, PhD student, into cooking and art crafts

Spanish girl, PhD student and teacher, into sports and movies.

Scottish cat very chilled and lovely

Rent is 600, deposit is 923, bills solit equally, around 100-200 depending on the month. STUDENT PREFERRED TO AVOID COUNCIL TAX. Is a joint tenancy so you will need to pass referencing 25k min yearly earningd. No more pets, I am sorry.
