The upper floor is home to my brother and me. The kitchen, living room and large terrace upstairs are all shared. I work in finance and travel frequently, so I am only there a few nights a month. My brother, 26, is an engineer who works from home and is easygoing and considerate.

The flat is 2 minutes walk from South Acton station, 8 mins from Acton Town. There is a Sainsbury's in the building. Chiswick Business Park is 15 minutes away.
