We’re looking for someone to take over my room in the Acton Town area!

📅 Move-in date: Ideally 1st December, but an earlier move-in is also possible.

🚪 THE ROOM

* Rent: £715 per month, excluding bills (approximately £100–£130 per month)
* Furnished with a double bed and two large wardrobes
* Quiet room with a lovely view overlooking the garden and tennis courts

🏡 THE HOUSE

There’s plenty of shared space to enjoy, including:

* A massive living room with comfortable sofas, armchairs, a coffee table and a fireplace
* A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area
* A cosy terrace overlooking the garden

You’ll be sharing the house with three working professionals in their 20s (two females and one male).

We enjoy socialising from time to time when our schedules allow, but we also appreciate having our own space and respecting each other’s routines.

📍 LOCATION

The house is in a lovely, green and quiet residential area.

There are plenty of local amenities just a couple of minutes away, including shops, a great pizza place, a café, a park, a pharmacy and a medical centre.

The biggest advantage? Just a 3-minute walk from Acton Town station! You can get to central London and Heathrow Airport in around 30 minutes.
