There are four occupants (3 Males, 1 Female) in total, including myself, all of whom are professionals. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant.

The rent is £850, payable on the 30th of each month. Bills are not included and typically amount to approximately £100 per month.

The property features a lovely shared living room and kitchen. There is excellent access to local shops, with Westfield Shepherd's Bush reachable within a 30-minute walk or a 15-minute bus ride.
