The comfortable spacious double bedroom is in a lovely 2 bedroom shared flat. The property is rather spacious and has a nice view of London as well as a private and communal outside space.

It has 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living room which is spacious and has a high ceiling. It is big enough if you need a quiet space or work from home.

The flat comes furnished with fridge/freezer, cooker and a washing machine. The bedroom is also furnished with a double bed with mattress.

Westfield Shopping Centre is about 10/15mins away (walking). The bus-stops are less than a min away from the flat (in either direction). The night bus stops right in front of the building. There is also a Tesco Express about a min away. The area is within easy reach of the following tube stations and rail stations:

Shepherd’s Bush and Acton - Central Line
Shepherd’s Bush Market – Circle and Hammersmith and City
Hammersmith, Stamford Brooks and Turnham Green – District and Piccadilly
Shepherd’s Rail station and Action Central Rail Station.

The rent includes all amenities - internet, council tax, electric, water and gas bills.

I would like for the person who takes the room to be considerate, tidy and clean as this makes a huge difference when ensuring a lovely home life. There will be one other person (me) in the flat during this time.
