Comfortable furnished double room available for a short let in a relaxed, spacious two-bedroom shared flat with lovely views across London and access to both private and communal outside space. This would suit someone who is between homes, relocating, working or studying in London for a short period, or looking for a calm base while arranging something more permanent.

Room and flat

The room is a comfortable, spacious double bedroom furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk and chair and a wardrobe.
The flat has one bathroom and a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with high ceilings, giving you enough space to relax, work from home, or enjoy an evening in.
The flat is furnished with a fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine, and it has a homely, easy-going feel. There will be one other female person in the flat during the let.

Rent and bills

Rent is £300 per week and includes bills: Wi-Fi, council tax, electricity, water and gas. A refundable deposit of £300 is required.

Location and transport

The flat is well placed for local shops and transport. Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush/White City is around a 10–15 minute walk away, Tesco Express is about a minute away, and bus stops are next to the flat in both directions. The night bus from central London also stops directly outside the building.

Nearby transport links, all about 10mins on the bus include:
• Shepherd’s Bush and Acton on the Central Line;
• Shepherd’s Bush Market, White City and Hammersmith on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines;
• Hammersmith, Stamford Brook and Turnham Green on the District and Piccadilly lines.
• Shepherd’s Bush overground station and Acton Central overground station.

Central London is about 35mins commute. The flat is also an easy reach to Heathrow.
