Looking for a new flatmate :)

Looking for a new flatmate: cozy flat in lovely neighbourhood in Chiswick 🤗
Sadly my flatmate, who I have been living with the past 3 years, is moving out to live closer to her boyfriend. I really love the flat and area and am looking for a new flatmate so that I can stay here :)
The room is furnished and very spacious. There is a small living room and the flat has a cute garden which is great in the summer for dinners outside or barbecues (and a good place to store your bike).
The flat is 2min from Chiswick Park Station (District line) and a night bus station (94), 10min from South Acton (Overground) and Turnham Green (District line and at night Piccadilly line). Chiswick High Road with loads of shops and cafés is a 5 min walk away and it takes 15min to the river (great for morning runs or if you are into sailing or rowing). The bills are around £200 per person every month.
About me: I am 27, from Germany, and have been living in London for just over 4 years. In my free time I like reading, drawing or being outdoors, at weekends I usually go for runs, do sailing and yoga. While I like my job and have my friends and hobbies in the area, I would still love a flatmate who would want to hang out sometimes and is up for a chat in the kitchen, a dinner or a movie night. Ideally you are not just looking for a new room but a place to make your home :)

The room is available from February 11 and latest move in date is April.
