Amazing, large, bright and airy double room available in beautiful leafy Chiswick. I’m buying my own place elsewhere, otherwise I would happily stay in this flat.
It is only a 6-minute walk from the bars and shops of Chiswick High Road and has some great open spaces, bars and a 24-hour service station on its doorstep.
Very close to Chiswick Park Station (Underground), South Acton (Overground) and the 94 bus to Piccadilly Circus (24-hour service) stops right outside the flat. There are many other transport options in close proximity, and there is on- street car parking available through the council if needed too.
Room & Flat
This is a great, must-see room with wooden floors and a high ceiling. It has plenty of space, and there’s loads of room left to do exercise in! It is a nice space to work in, and I have often done WFH days here.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and features:
- A large communal living room with a TV equipped with all the streaming platforms you can think of! Dining table, comfy couches and lots of natural light. Great space to work from if needed.
- A large well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, freezer, 2 fridges (you will share your fridge with only one other person) and a washing machine/dryer.
- 1 Bathroom with Toilet
- 1 separate Toilet (no need to wait to use the toilet if somebody is showering!)
- 2 small balconies (nice places to have a morning coffee)
- We are one of 8 flats in the block. The building as a whole is very well managed, and the neighbours are friendly. Many of them own their flats, so the whole building, as well as our flat, has a homely feel. It is definitely not a party block.
Flatmates
You will be sharing with 3 other working professionals (Aged 29-40) who are looking for someone respectful, clean and sociable who would like to keep the flat feeling like a home!
They are lovely people who are easy company but are also really respectful of each other's space. In the past, we have done pizza/pub/Thai food nights, and I’m sure there will be more in the future.
A bit more about your flatmates.

NB Important Notes:
