Room Available in Acton/Chiswick Area

Hello!

I am looking for someone to take over the room of my flatmate as she is moving away.

The flat is on the first floor. The bedroom comes with a lot of storage, including an extra wardrobe. It does not come with a bed/bed frame. The bedroom is right next to the main bathroom. This would primarily be your own, as I have my own en-suite. The kitchen and living areas are separate too. The kitchen has a skylight, which makes the room nice and bright.

The location is really nice! We are about a 15-minute walk to Turnham Green and Chiswick High Street, which has really cute markets every weekend. We’re also about 10 minutes away from Acton Central Station, and South Acton Station, both of which are convenient for the Mildmay line. Acton Town Station is a 20-minute walk away. We are also right across the road from the bus stop that goes between Acton Town Station and Turnham Green Station. We also have close buses that connect us quickly to Ealing Broadway and Shepard’s Bush/White City.

A little about me: I’m generally lean introverted and prefer quiet nights in, going to brunch, exploring cafes, and seeing movies. At home, I enjoy reading, cooking, and baking.

Bills tend to come out to £175-200 per month per person, including Council Tax.
