We are looking for a lodger for our spacious, modern loft room within our modern 4 bedroom, semi-detached house in Wanstead, E12. We are located opposite Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest, an ideal location for city and retail workers, as well as students. The house also has good transport links to the A12, M11 and A406.

The ensuite loft room has a balcony and a comfortable, double sized bed, fitted wardrobes, as well as additional bedroom furniture, including a TV.
The room has a fridge and electric kettle. Bedding and towels can be supplied if required. A microwave is available upon request.

You have use of a recently refurbished kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchen equipment and accessories.

The rent is £900 per month, which includes council tax, all utility bills and high speed Wi-Fi, but excludes the cost of permit parking.

Our home is a 5/10 min bus ride from Manor Park station, on the Elizabeth Line, which has direct services to Essex, Stratford, Liverpool Street, Tottenham Court Road, Paddington and Heathrow Airport.
Wanstead tube station, on the central line, is also a 5/10 min bus ride away, with the services to direct to Shepherds Bush and Stratford for Westfield, Stratford City or a 3 minute walk to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and V&A East and Canary Wharf is a 10 min journey.

Wanstead has a vibrant village High Street, with a variety of independent, cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops, all popular with local residents.

We (and the family cat) are seeking a single professional or single student lodger who would appreciate a clean and comfortable home environment and can respect others privacy. Sorry, this is not a house share and it is essential that you are a non-smoker. We prefer to socialise outside and relax at home and would like someone who does the same.

Currently the room is advertised for 3 months, however, Mon-Fri lets will be happily considered, with rent re-negotiated. Please note, this is not a house share.
