I'm going back to New Zealand for an extended holiday and need somebody to fill my room during this time.
The flat is really close to multiple tube stations (Aldgate East, Aldgate, Tower Hill) and is walkable to the city
The room is very large and furnished with a bed, desk, drawers and a wardrobe. The room also has a private ensuite with a shower and toilet.
The apartment is large and has a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Both flatmates are young professionals, working for the Civil Service and the Music. The flat is clean and tidy, and the area is reasonably quiet.
Looking for a clean, tidy person.
Total rent would be £1300 per calendar month, which includes bills.
