LAST MINUTE DROP OUT

We are looking for someone to take the master bedroom at our lovely flat in Aldgate in AUGUST 1ST However we are looking now, as we would love to build a relationship with our new flatmate before they move in. We will need to have something secured by 15th JULY to give our landlords enough time to process the tenant swap x

We are two girls (American and English), working in fashion and music business. Both working 9-6pm so out most of the day. We love going to out to the pub for some chill drinks, and going to dinners together 🙂. Looking for someone who fits that sort of lifestyle.

We have been in the flat for three years now and would love to continue extending the lease, so looking for a long term let.

The flat is in zone 1 so definitely ideal for working professionals. Super close walk to the following stations:

Aldgate: 3 min walk

Aldgate east: 3 min walk

Tower gateway: 3 min walk

Tower hill: 5 min walk

Liverpool Street: 10 min walk

The master bedroom is an amazing large room, with three huge closets and an en-suite. The room is well light and gives good privacy.

The flat has high ceilings and huge windows in every room so is super light and airy. We also have a fully separate laundry room in unit with a washer, dryer, extra sink and shower. Kitchen has all appliances such as dishwasher, new fridge, coffee machine and more.

In terms of who we are looking for, we are looking for someone aged 22-30 and is working. We love for the flat to be a nice and chilled place we can all come home to after a day of work.

Price for the master bedroom currently stands at £1300pm + approx £137pm for bills inc. council tax, water, electric, and gas.
