KCL Hayloft Ensuite – £378pw Takeover

KCL STUDENTS ONLY – official King’s Residences contract takeover, not a private sublet.

I’m a current King’s College London student looking for an eligible KCL student to take over my en-suite room at Hayloft Point, Aldgate.

The room is fully furnished and includes a double bed, desk, storage space and a private en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is shared with 4 other flatmates. The room is for single occupancy only.

Rent: £378 per week, with bills and Wi-Fi included.
My current contract is cheaper than the current new-booking rate of around £387 per week.

Contract: runs until 11 September 2027.
The exact takeover date is flexible and can be discussed, subject to approval from King’s Residences.

Hayloft Point facilities include:

- Free gym
- Study rooms
- Meeting rooms
- Communal/social spaces
- On-site student facilities

The location is very convenient for King’s:

Around 20 minutes to Strand Campus by Tube

Around 15 minutes by bike

Approximately 0–5 minutes’ walk from Aldgate station

The replacement tenant must be a KCL student who is not currently living in another King’s accommodation and must be eligible for the official contract transfer through King’s Residences.
