We are looking for 2-3 people who know each other to share 2 bedrooms.

Our mews is really quiet / party people not suited / LGBTQ+ friendly.

Next to Brick Lane, 750 sqft (which excludes the basement level bedroom + ensuite) + terrace + courtyard. It's huge.

The two top rooms will be sharing the same upstairs bathroom / shower - the basement boys have their own bathroom / shower.

Close to all transport and supermarket etc within 2 to 4 blocks walking (2 to 4 mins walking).

Washing machine & tumble dryer - there are 2 enormous machines in the basement 9-11kg size which are not in the video or pictures.

Storage space - both king size beds have storage underneath them.

The kitchen has a nice wooden dining table now (not in picture).

Curtains - All rooms have roller blinds which are fully up in the video.

The basement level has 2 long term Croatian guys who are fantastic, they'll only come upstairs to use the kitchen sometimes but they usually cook on the courtyard BBQ. They also socialise and watch TV in the basement (and have their own separate basement entrance) so you'll have your own top level lounge room / TV to yourselves, and your own separate street level entrance.

I'm Aussie, a great landlord and we're all easy going, and looking for easy going nice tenants.

Top room £1125 / lower room £875 / bills are £125 per person.
If a couple in top room it's £1175 / £825 split / bills are £125 per person.

Minimum 3 months / 1 month notice.
