SHORT LET : Bright Loft Bedroom Near the City

Hello!

I am visiting India for a month, therefore we've got a room available for the month of June in our spacious yet cozy warehouse conversion near Aldgate East.

The room:

A double bedroom with shared bathroom - £350pcw
The room comes furnished.

The flat:

The flat is a large warehouse conversion with exposed bricks, high ceilings, and large windows. 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner flat with views of the Shard. It's a large flat with an open-plan kitchen and living space. There is 1 ensuite, one room with a private bathroom, and 2 doubles that share a bathroom (potentially yours).

The flatmates:

I am looking for an easy-going person to share the flat with 3 existing housemates (Max, Joe and George). We all get on well and would like to find someone who would enjoy living here, while being respectful and very clean in the flat. Everyone works hard during the week and are a fairly relaxed bunch. However, we enjoy a drink now and then and occasionally have flat dinner. We are not a party flat.

- Tower Hill and Shadwell (10 mins)
- Whitechapel and Liverpool Street (15 mins)
- Sainsbury's (5 min)
- Curzon Cinema (5 min)
- Large Waitrose (10 min)

- Tower of London (15min)
- Spitalfields (15min)

Bills are not included in the monthly rent. Approximately £120 extra a month including wifi, council tax, and electricity.
