No students sorry!

We're a 5-minute walk from Aldgate East (District, Hammersmith & City), Brick Lane and Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line, Overground, District, Hammersmith & City).

The room is a double with ensuite bathroom, semi furnished but there may be negotiation to keep some of the furniture.

The flat has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, so every person has one. One other room has an ensuite too. Guests normally use the central bathroom. the flat is situated across 2 floors, entry level is where the bedrooms and bathroom are and upstairs benefits from an open plan kitchen, dining and front room. We're lucky enough to have a large private balcony (see picture) and an even larger communal roof terrace accessible from the open plan kitchen/living/dining room. You can see London from all angles.

There is a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen includes an extra-wide modern fan oven, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, fridge and freezer

We are both friendly, busy with work and social engagements, enjoy the occasional night out on the weekend.

It's a fantastic flat in a building filled with other young working professionals, and we hope you'll love your time here! We are on the top floor, floor 6, there are 2 lifts in the building aswell as stairs.

Bills (Council Tax, Gas/Electric, Internet) come to around £175 per person per month roughly, slightly more expensive in the winter due to heating.
Water is included in monthly rent amount.
