So I've got one ensuite double bedrooms, which is spacious in a very nice location close to multiple stations such as Aldgate, Aldgate East, Whitechapel, Liverpool Street and more.

- Rent does *not* include bills which are mainly gas, electric and council tax
- Bills generally amount to up to £125-£175 and a max of £250/month
- Broadband included
- Cleaning will cost an extra £30/month
- Each Room has it's own rest room
- Minimum one year let with break clauses available
- Absolutely fantastic area right next to Liverpool Street
- Couples can be considered for the large room

Requirements:
6 Months Banks Statements
6 Months Payslip
2 Previous Landlord References
Passport Photocopies
Deposit sent to me, deposit is 5 weeks of rent or a bit more but spareroom isn't letting me put that amount up.
Take over for renewal possible IF and only IF you are a clean person who cares about the property otherwise the landlord will choose someone else.
Availability is flexible in late May, other roommates will have a say in if you can takeover.

Exceptionally cheap for ensuite rooms with a large living room.
