I’m looking for a flatmate to join my tenancy in a very smart 2 bed 2 bath flat. It's within 10 mins walk of the City and 2 mins walk of Aldgate East station.

Sorry no couples or pets. Not suitable for students.

The bedroom (bedroom 2 on floorplan) has it's own bathroom.

The flat is on the 10th floor and has amazing views of the City from the wraparound balcony. There's also a fantastic roof terrace just two floors up which is perfect for hanging out on a summer evening. The flat itself is high spec with a modern open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, and floor to ceiling windows throughout.

There's also a ground level patio garden, underground bike storage, underground car parking (£90 per month extra), free residents only on-site gym and 24 hr concierge.

The flat is within a minutes walk of Tesco Express, Pret and various bars and restaurants. Brick Lane / Spitalfields Market / Shoreditch etc are all a stone’s throw away.

Available from 1 month - 6 months with possibility to extend beyond this.

Ideally, I'm looking for a working professional who enjoys living in a quiet, clean and tidy apartment and respects the common areas (living room, kitchen, hall and balcony) and will keep personal belongings to their own room.

About me - I work in the City in finance/tech and generally go into the office 5 days a week with the occasional working from home day. I typically visit family at the weekend so you will have the place to yourself a fair amount of the time.

All bills including council tax, water, electricity and broadband (150MB) are included. Length of stay negotiable to suit you. There's limited storage and therefore isn't suitable for anyone who isn't travelling relatively light!
