Whitechapel - 15 mins*
Liverpool Street - 20 mins*
*walk (Half of that if you’re gay).
I am looking to find a like-minded professional who is clean, considerate and friendly. We have created a home not just a house and we all enjoy living together but also respect each others space and living environment. This isn't a party house or uni flat share vibe. We also have a cleaning rota, and do our best to be climate conscious, we’d very much like someone who would fit the same vibe. LGBTQ+ friendly.
You’ll be living with three others:
🤠 Florian, 26, German, Stem Cell & Cancer Biology PhD Student
Likes coffee (WatchHouse obsession), cultural things (theatre, museums, galleries etc.), biotech, travelling, techno, photography. He/Him.
🪩 Becca, 26, Malaysian (she/her), Secondary Art School Teacher. Hello! I enjoy drawing, painting, going to gigs, eating the same food everyday lol (peanut butter), frolicking in the park, badminton and board games (bananagrams!)
🎭 Kenneth, 27, British (He/Him), Medical Writer. Enjoys, karaoke, musicals, winter, chilli oil and cats.
🏡The Flat
The flat is in a renovated 1800s wool factory, with nighttime security and two lifts.
The living room has a large comfy sofa, Wifi, TV with SKY Q and DVD player. There is also a desk that you can use.
The kitchen is complete with all white goods including a dishwasher and washing machine. This also includes communal crockery, pots, pans.
All the furnishings in the flat have been contributed to by us so we are looking for someone who is considerate and respectful.
🛏️ The Room:
The extra large double ensuite room is furnished with a wardrobes, a bed, bedside table, dressing table, chair, two sets of draws. The room will be cleared of personal items and just include furniture, decor, hopefully plants and boxes under the bed. The furniture in the room is my own and I am looking for someone to take the same care I would. My room also has an abundance of plants (34) which I would love if the person would be able to look after them whilst there, just a water once a week but this is not a dealbreaker.
💸 Financials:
Rent: £1400 all bills included
Deposit: £200 (Retuned at the end of the term as long as no damage)
Our council tax band is F but this is included in the rent.
Non-Negotiables:
- No Vaping/smoking in the house
- Queer
- Participation in weekly cleaning rota
- No space for bikes, in communal area will need to be in your room
- No shoes indoors
I know there is a lot of information to process for just a month let but we just want prioritise a harmonious house and getting the right person.
I am looking to start viewings in the next couple weeks so please message me if you think you'd be a good fit or if you have any questions 🌼
