Due to work and life changes, my roommate and I are subletting this beautiful apartment. The apartment has excellent natural light in spring and summer, making it very comfortable. The living room and kitchen are very spacious. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom's bathroom is right outside the door. Aside from the bathrooms, the two bedrooms are similar in size. There's a large patio downstairs where you can smoke and chat.

Move-in date: Around at the end of February or early March (flexible and negotiable)
Contract until September 16th, 2026
Coverage is required until the end of the contract. Monthly/lump-sum payment can be adjusted based on individual income and residency status.

You can renew the lease with the landlord after the September contract expires. If you have any changes during this period, you can sublet it again according to the established process.
