Amazingly located flat in central London just off Commercial Road, within a ten-minute walk of Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market, and amazing transport links!
I will sadly leaving this flat, and am looking for a new person to join my two other lovely flatmates.
THE ROOM:
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, shelves, and has enough room for lots of additional storage should you wish to add some (as in the photos, an additional small white wardrobe and desk, will not be in the room). It shares the bathroom with one of the flatmates.
The apartment is modern, warm, with a spacious kitchen and living room, and has a new feel to it! It also offers secure indoors bike storage in the communal area of the building.
COSTS: £730 pcm + bills, roughly £120 pcm per person, based on actual consumption. Deposit: £900.
START DATE: We are looking for someone who is able to take over the contract from the 12 June 2026
CONTRACT: The landlord and agency are happy with the change of tenant in the contract, and will likely do basic checks such as ID, proof of address and right to rent. The current tenancy runs until 1 April 2027. with the possibility to sign a new contract then.
TRANSPORT LINKS:
Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations are within a 10-minute walk and Aldgate station and Shadwell (DLR) are about a 12 mins walk away. Liverpool Street station is only about a 20-minute walk away so the transport links are incredibly excellent! Our flat is less than a minute away from the renowned Lahore Kebab Restaurant where many come from all over London for their delicious South Asian cuisine.
ABOUT US:
My flatmates both work during the week (generally 2-3 days at home, 2-3 days at the office) and tend to cook at home in the evenings. They are quiet but social people, may have some friends over from time to time, and friends or family members stay with us (sleeping in our rooms) when they visit sporadically.
Lucia (she/her) - 30 yo Italian who works for a consulting company in the international development field, has lived in 6 countries across 3 continents. She likes to cook and listen to a good podcast, have friends over for dinner every now and then, and has lived in the flat for 4 years.
Arthur - 28 yo French, who works in the wine and spirit research industry, and joined the flat around a year ago.
YOU:
We are looking for a person who can feel at home with the rest of the flat, someone who is friendly, respectful, and cleans after themselves in common spaces. We are fine with having friends/partners over, however, this is a single occupancy and we expect you to respect that. Please do not reach out if you do not feel the same way! No couples sorry, no pets, yes to LGBTQI+, vegans, and meat-eaters.
