Hi! I’m moving back home at the end of May, so I’m looking for someone lovely to take over my room from 26 May. Your move in date ideally should be no later than early June.

The house is in E1, just a 3-minute walk from Aldgate East station, close to Brick Lane. Location is brilliant, I work near Liverpool Str and it's less than 15min walk away.

The house has three floors in total, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Floor 0 is common area including a kitchen/dining area, laundry room and a garden. Floor 1 and floor 2 each has 2 tenants. My room is on 2nd floor, with the shared bathroom right outside of the room.

My room is really spacious, bright and comfortable. It has big windows, gets lovely natural light during the day esepcially in the afternoon. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other girl, which has been very easy and never felt crowded.

Rent is £1,250 per month, with all bills and council tax included. If you’re employed, monthly payment should be fine.

All 3 other tenants are girls, all working professionals. Everyone is really kind, respectful and easy-going. It’s not a party house, and everyone keeps things quiet and considerate, which has made it a really peaceful place to come home to after work.

The area is super convenient: Tesco is 3 minutes away, Brick Lane is 3 minutes away, and with lots of great restaurants, cafés and food places nearby. The street itself is quiet and feels safe at night, and there’s a GP and pharmacy literally downstairs.

I also bought quite a few things for the room myself — an ergonomic desk, a very comfortable chair, a monitor, fan, kitchen bits like pans, bowls and utensils, etc. Since I’m going back home and can’t take everything with me, I’d be happy to sell them for a low price if useful. It could make moving in much easier, especially if you don’t want to buy everything from scratch.

Ideally looking for a tidy, respectful tenant, either a student or working professional, who would enjoy a calm and friendly home.
