Living room

I'm moving out after 3.5 years of living in this flat to go and co-habit with my partner, and have nothing but great things to say about this place! Please read through the below - viewings will take place w/c 1st June, so please reach out asap :)

THE FLAT

🏙️ The flat has a Brooklyn feel with wood floors, huge windows, and a vast living space perfect for hosting friends
🍳 The kitchen is stocked with appliances, with recently-replaced dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and freezer, plus air fryer, rice cooker, filter kettle, a huge industrial-style oven, and more
🛁 The bathroom is shared with one flatmate, with a bath/shower with high water pressure and great temperature
🔑 The building has 24/7 concierge, key fob entry, and lift access

THE BILLS
💷 The rent is £975pcm with water included
💡 Electricity (no gas in flat), council tax, and broadband amount to <£150pppm
🤝 Each flatmate takes care of one expense and all bills are then inputted to Splitwise and divided equally (you'll take over the existing broadband contract)

THE FLATMATES
🧑🏻 Vish is a 30-year-old software developer from New Zealand, who loves to cook, hike, and travel. Charlie is a 28-year-old civil servant (and regretful Tottenham fan), whose interests include sports, gaming, and movies
🧹 They are both tidy, organised individuals who take pride in the flat, and often hang out together in the living space
💻 Vish works from home most days but largely out of his bedroom, and Charlie is a hybrid worker with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home, again mostly working in his room
🌍 The flat is fully welcoming of all, and do not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, colour, national origin, gender, or sexual orientation

THE AREA
🚆 You can access: Aldgate East, Aldgate, Tower Hill, Shadwell (<10 min walk); Liverpool Street, Whitechapel (<20 min walk). This provides access to the Central, Circle, District, DLR, Elizabeth, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern, and Overground lines, plus Stansted Express amongst other rail connections
🛒 There is a Sainsbury's Local, Tesco Express, and Waitrose Superstore all <10 min walk, plus local pharmacy (and GP), alongside a vast selection of restaurants, pubs, and activities. Brick Lane is also nearby, and Spitalfields / Shoreditch is around a 15 minute walk
