Sunny big room offered

Hey, sunny big room offered in a flat in Aldgate east. There is a lift in the building (but steps leading up to it). Flat comes with dishwasher/washer/dryer. I work full time in person so the flat is quite yours during the day. My current flatmate is moving out to live with his partner, hence I need to fill the space. Bills (incl council tax) come to around 115 per month. It’s a very well kept flat tbh bc the landlords lived here before we moved in July’25. Looking for a clean, friendly flatmate. Happy to be social but also respect (and require) personal space. I cook when I can — important to note in case of allergies. Women & non binary folks only please!
