hello! i’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a 3-bed 2-bath girls apartment, as i’m moving abroad.

essential details:
- the room goes for £1075. utilities, council tax and wifi are an additional £110-130 depending on the season
- available end june/early july. yearly lease can be renewed on 31st october
- private building in E1, around 10min walking distance from tower hill, aldgate east and shadwell stations, so great links to the tube, overground and DLR
- proof of income likely needed

about the apartment:
- ground floor apt with a large patio and bbq, has a beautiful tree outside and gets a lot of sunlight too!
- shared with two british and irish girls in their mid to late 20s, who are easygoing and friendly:)
- spacious bathroom shared with only one of the girls
- fully furnished, and all household items are already in place so you can settle in easily:) sheets and duvet can also be bought as a cheap bundle from me
- we are lgbtq+ friendly and also okay with wfh arrangements:)

about the area:
- close to a primary school, so the neighbourhood is very safe:) waitrose and other supermarkets are also a short walk away
- also very walkable from the city of london, london bridge, liverpool street and shoreditch - lots of savings on transport in a central area!
