After six years in the flat, our flatmate is moving in with his partner, so we're looking for someone to take over his room in our three-bedroom flat from 12 August.
The room overlooks the garden and gets good morning sun. It comfortably fits a double bed, desk, and storage, making it well suited for hybrid working.
You'll be sharing with two professionals in their 20s and early 30s. We all have our own lives and routines, but we're friendly, respectful of each other's space, and tidy without being obsessive about it.
The Flat
The flat is spread over two floors and has an eat-in kitchen that acts as the main shared space. There isn't a separate living room, but the kitchen is large enough for cooking, eating, and hanging out.
We also have a lovely private garden patio, which gets plenty of use in the warmer months for BBQs, drinks, and a bit of gardening.
