We're two professionals (Ben and Amy, late 20s) moving into a modern 3-bedroom apartment in Tower House, Fieldgate Street, E1 — and we're looking for a third person to join us.
The flat is a proper apartment: three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan kitchen and living area with wood floors and a roof terrace. Available now, furnished or unfurnished.
Rent is £3,150/month total — that's £1,050 each. Bills on top, split three ways.
Location is brilliant — Whitechapel station is on your doorstep (District, Hammersmith & City, Elizabeth line), so anywhere central is under 15 minutes.
We're both working professionals, tidy, easy-going, social but not in a house-party way. We're looking at this as a proper medium-term home — ideally 2 years+, not a 6-month stopgap.
Looking for someone who:

Works full or part time, roughly 23–35
Is clean and considerate — not OCD about it, just decent
Wants to actually get on with their housemates
Can move around end of July / 1st August
