Hi,

I’m relocating from this flat to live further out from Central due to not being in the office so much anymore. So this room has now become available.

Located between Liverpool St Station, Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane and Aldgate East station. It’s a two double bedroom flat, fully furnished, in a building with a large shared yard and populated mostly by young professionals. We have separate kitchen and dining room, and a shared bathroom.

Spacious room with double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Lots of light (three windows).

Amenities - several gyms within 10-15 mins walk, big supermarkets (M&S/Sainsburys/Waitrose) all within 20 minutes walk and smaller ones within 5. Liverpool Street/Aldgate East and Shoreditch High Street are the nearest stations.

You will be signing a new tenancy agreement with my flatmate Rubitta which will commence on 1st September. Rubitta herself is one of the chillest, loveliest people I’ve ever lived with and is incredibly easy to communicate with. She has a hybrid schedule for work.

Rent - 1850 (925 pp)
Bills ~130-175 depending on the season (covering electricity/internet/water/council tax)

The property is managed by Keatons which will run the checks/reference. Keatons themselves are great and have had no issued communicating with them, or getting a timely response. Any queries we direct to the property manager and typically same day they respond/put us in touch with the relevant people.
