(6months) Double room in Aldgate East w/ balcony

SIX-MONTH LET ONLY – I’ll be working abroad for six months but am very much planning to return in early March :) (video tour available)

A bright, well-sized double room in a modern top-floor, two-bedroom flat. The floor is around two years old, so everything is still very clean and in great condition. The flat is fully furnished and even has a view of the Shard!

The bedroom has a large fitted double wardrobe, and I would also be happy to leave my standing desk and additional storage cupboard for the duration your stay.

The flat includes:

* A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and full-size fridge-freezer
* Plenty of kitchen appliances, including an air fryer, mixer, kettle and more
* A comfortable living room with two sofas and a TV
* A long balcony running along the length of the flat, which we have recently furnished with two outdoor sofa chairs
* One shared bathroom with storage
* A lift in the building and secure bike storage

The flat is very well located: around five minutes’ walk from Aldgate East, ten minutes from Whitechapel station for the Elizabeth line, and fifteen minutes from Spitalfields Market. Brick Lane is also nearby, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and bars within easy walking distance.

You would be sharing with my lovely friend, who is a working professional. She works fairly long hours and has an active social life, but also enjoys sharing a dinner, chat or relaxed evening at home. She is friendly, considerate and independent, so there is a really nice balance between having your own space and enjoying living together.

She keeps the flat clean and tidy and is looking for someone considerate who would be equally happy to help maintain it that way.

* £170 (Council tax + wifi + utilities)
