I’m looking for someone to take over my room from October 1st.

Location📍
The flat is in an amazing location. 5 mins to Aldgate East, 10 mins to Aldgate/Shadwell/Tower Hill. There’s a Waitrose 10 mins away or a smaller Tesco and Sainsburys less than 5 mins away. You’re less than 10 minute walk from the river and St Katherine Docks.

The Flat🏡
It’s a 3 bed, 2 bath. There’s a large open plan living/dining and juliet balcony with a great view. You’d be living with 2 others, Zak and Claire, we’ve lived together for 2.5 years and they are super lovely and easy to live with. The flat is kept clean and tidy, we enjoy spending time together in the evenings and also doing our own things!

The Room 🛏️
The room comes with bed, mattress and a big wardrobe. Worth pointing out that the room doesn’t have an external window, but gets light from the living room area through glazed double windows!

Rent💵
The rent is £825 a month, including water. Electricity, council tax, wi-fi and cleaner typically come to around £110-120 per person on top of this. The deposit is £1,019.23.
