Hi girls! I’m moving out of the flat and looking for a new girl to take over my room. The tenancy starts 10 November, but earlier move-in is possible through a sublet!

BASICS
Rent is £1,100/month + ~£100 bills, so around £1,200 total per month. The room comes furnished with a bed + mattress, bedside table, cupboard, and a wardrobe.

The location is honestly perfect, with Tower Bridge to the south and Brick Lane in the north. Nearby stations: Aldgate East (8 min), Aldgate (10 min), Tower Hill (10 min), Shadwell (12 min). For groceries there is a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local within 5 min walk, and a big Waitrose and Sainsbury's further away.

FLATMATES
You'll be sharing the flat with two other girls. Celine (german/dutch) is a digital film student as well as a professional dancer. She's often out and about, but she loves to cook and have a cozy home. Kacey (canadian) is a motion design student and also dabbles in graphic design. She's lived in more places than I can count, most recently Paris. The girls like to keep the flat tidy and clean, so we would like for the next tenant to do the same! Since they are both students, we are ideally looking for another student due to council tax.
