My lovely flatmate is moving home to the US 🥲 so I'm looking for someone new to share our gorgeous flat on Leman Street, Aldgate East (E1 8EJ).

You'd get the ensuite room with your own bathroom AND a walk-in closet (yes, really!). It comes fully furnished with a desk, chair and wardrobes.

It's a really spacious 2 bed, 2 bath with a huge living room, an open plan kitchen and a balcony, managed by an agency. We haven't had many issues, and the few we've had were usually fixed within 2 weeks.

We're right on the main road and surrounded by hotels, so it's about as central as it gets. The best part is that the bedrooms are tucked away from the noise, so you get all the buzz without hearing any of it at night 😴

I'm looking for a female professional (sorry, no students this time!), who loves her own space, is up for the odd dinner, drink, or grocery shopping trip together and wants a chill, cosy home.

Rent: £1,475 per month
Bills: £220 to £250 per person per month (a bit higher in winter)

Cleaner: we have one who comes once a month for £100 (£50 each). If we'd rather set up a cleaning rota, I'm very happy to skip her!

A little about me 💁‍♀️
I'm a Project Manager at a healthtech company, in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. When I'm not working you'll probably find me at the gym, boxing 🥊 or getting creative with some art 🎨

I'm pretty low key and happy doing my own thing, but I'm always up for a glass of wine or a cosy dinner in. On Sundays I love rocking up to Columbia Road Flower Market at 2:45 pm for the end of day bargains, so be warned, our living room might slowly turn into a jungle 🌿😂

It's definitely not a party house. I have friends over about once a month, and the rest of the time it's a calm, happy home.
