- Bills: approx. £200 pcm each, covering electricity (Octopus), council tax (quite high due to the location and balcony) and hyperoptic wifi (when I first moved in I took over the WiFi and got a new customer deal for only £12 a month for the first year which could make bills cheaper)

AVAILABILITY AND TERMS
- Contract starts 29th October and we pay rent on the 1st of the month
- Rolling contract, with 2 months' notice to leave as per new tenancy laws
- Tenancy references required, or a guarantor if you don't work full time

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A clean, considerate, working professional, ideally female, who's keen on a relaxed, friendly home. We like a tidy flat and the odd chat or dinner together, but we also respect each other's space and both currently have our own social lives outside of the flat.
