I’m subletting the largest bedroom in a spacious 3-bed flat just off Fleet Street on Bell Yard, available from 28 September until the end of November (dates and rent negotiable).

The room is fully furnished and has its own private en-suite bathroom, as well as the most wardrobe/storage space in the flat.

Location
The flat is right by the Royal Courts of Justice, in a super central part of London with a lovely old-London feel. Despite being so central, the area feels calm and residential.

It’s within walking distance of:
• Temple station – ~5 min
• Chancery Lane – ~7–8 min
• LSE & King’s – ~6–7 min
• Farringdon / Elizabeth Line – ~15 min
• Covent Garden, the Strand, the Thames and Soho

There are also loads of buses nearby, so getting around London is very easy.
