Looking for a cosy London base this autumn and winter? We’re offering a beautiful, welcoming North London flat for a 1–3 month sublet while we travel.

The room is spacious, bright and airy, with plenty of natural light, a new medium-firm mattress, and ample storage and hanging space for clothes. It’s a lovely, peaceful room with plenty of space to make yourself at home.

The flat has a private garden, leafy surroundings and a warm, cosy atmosphere. If you love a garden and a little respite from the city, you’ll feel right at home here. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a new convection stove, and the bathroom has a brand-new sink.

A great location for getting around London:

* Piccadilly line: 12-minute walk or 7-minute bus ride
* National Rail: 5-minute walk, with quick connections across London and easy access to Alexandra Palace
* Beautiful green spaces and parks within walking distance

We’re a friendly couple and will be sharing the flat with you for some of the autumn while we’re away at different times. However, from 7 December to 18 January, you’ll have the entire flat to yourself - including the garden - making it an ideal spot to settle in over Christmas and the New Year.

We’re looking for someone responsible, considerate and tidy who’ll appreciate the space and treat it with care.
