Beautiful Double Room, Alexandra Palace

Hi there! I'm renting out my spare double bedroom in my lovely two-bedroom flat, and I'm hoping to find a friendly flatmate to share it with.
The flat is on a quiet, leafy road in Bounds Green/ Ally Pally. Bounds Green Tube Station (Piccadilly Line) and Alexandra Palace Station are just a 7-minute walk. We have free parking right outside and are also an easy stroll from Alexandra Palace Park, close to Muswell Hill and have great local pubs, and a farmer's market in the area. The flat is fully furnished, though bills are separate.

I'm a friendly professional in tech (working from home 2-3 days a week). I love hiking, wildlife, and photography—and I’m a big movie nerd who enjoys sharing a calm home environment. I'm active and social, often out, but I love cooking and to share meals, host dinner parties or board game nights at home (bakers get extra points!). I'm looking for someone to get along with and who values a clean and cared for environment.

The room is for one person (no couples), but partners and friends are always welcome to visit and stay over. I'm very clean and tidy and put a lot of effort into making the environment feel warm and homely.
