Ideal for professional working in London, but with a primary residence elsewhere.
The single room is offered as a Monday morning to Friday night let at about half the rate of a local full time tenancy.

Its a very safe, quiet location. First floor flat in Muswell Hill border. Lodging in flat with owner.

I've been letting out the room on weekday lets for long terms for about 10 years now, and it works well as a non residential week day room for professionals working in London.

It is a medium, single room (not a large room, but on the large side for a small room) in Alexandra Park ward. The room is basically furnished with bed, wardrobe, your own fridge and oven with hotplates. The front room has a shared kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large shared wet room with shower, sink and WC.

The house has v good transport links to the city and centre of London.
5min bus/15min walk to Bounds Green tube (Piccadilly line).
5 min/10min bus to Alexandra Palace overground (Old street / Moorgate).
10min walk to 134 / 43 bus stop direct to Camden, Tott Ct. Rd / Moorgate.

The flat has wi fi internet, on street parking,
amenities right at door: Grocery shop / mini supermarket, Fish n chips / curry / delicatessen, newsagent, chemist, café, library. Just a couple of houses away is a highly regarded gastro pub favoured by the locals. A pleasant walk away is Alexandra Palace, its park and pond, Muswell Hill village with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.

Sharing with a non-smoker, work at home professional man, (IT and music) . Looking for a non-smoking professional 25-50ish, in full time 9-5 style employment during the week.

The room is available initially for a 6 month contract period, rolling on after. Deposit is returned in full when tenant leaves tenancy, except in unusual situations that have rarely happened; its non refundable if eg i) the place is secured but the tenant leaves before 6 month period ii) the tenant puts down deposit but does not take the tenancy iii) Costs are required for damage to property (this has never happened).
