1 Beautiful large room with double size bed available and desk in Poplar, All Saints, with ample storage. The price is £725per month (bills, broadband, a bi weekly cleaner for communal areas and council tax included)

You will have 1 other housemate who is a working professional and a live in landlord who is away most of the month during to work around europe.
The property was refurbished a few years ago and has a dual washing machine and tumble dryer.

A cleaner also comes to clean the property once a month.

The property is two minutes walking distance from Langdon Park DLR and three minutes from All Saints DLR stations. Local amenities, gyms, grocery stores etc., and access to the city (both Central and Docklands) are all a few minutes walk away.
