I live in a cute 3-bed apartment in Poplar, E14 located roughly 1 minute walk from Langdon Park DLR, with excellent direct connections by bus and DLR to Canary Wharf + Stratford + Central London, also wider East London. I’m looking for a lovely housemate to replace me in this home! 🫶🏽

Cozy room with Super Single bed for £800 available to move in mid to late August. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of my flatemates, while the other is an ensuite.

Bills are about £140 per person (including council tax) , per month

Your new flatmates are both working professionals:
Adam, 27 (Taiwanese) freelancing fulltime as a Fashion Photographer,
Ray, 28 (Singaporean) working fulltime as a Digital Designer
We're looking for full time professionals 👩🏽‍💻 and within the same age range. For context this is an LGBTQ+ flat, friendly to all obviously 💅🌈

Our home is super cutely decorated and clean and tidy, we share movie nights, and occasionally host get togethers 🫶🏽

We're really looking for someone who is clean, respectful, mindful of noise as both of us WFH quite often.

The building also does have a rooftop terrace that's nice to watch NYE fireworks from and a cute terraced balcony with seating connected to the living room✨
