The available room is very light with double aspect, and blackout blinds. It is furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe, cupboard space, desk and arm chair. There is a large shared lounge for lodgers, separate from my own with flat screen TV and sofa bed for occasional visitors.
Over many years I have been blessed with really great tenants who have made themselves at home and who have added to an easy atmosphere of friendship. This has never been at the expense of our privacy however.
I currently have one other lodger who is really friendly and easy going. He is a film industry professional and he occaisionally works from home. There is an equally friendly dog of mine who mostly sleeps when at home and otherwise is romping in the fields and woods twice a day. The shared kitchen diner is again large and light. It is well designed so that more than one person can be preparing food at the same time. There is plenty of extra storage if needed, a garden is avaialbe as well as a balcony.
WiFi is good and all bills included.

There are plenty of open walking spaces locally, parks, meadows, woods and hills surprisingly, as well as very varied and good restaurants etc. Transport links for train especially the East London Overground line from Anerley which is five minutes walk and superb for London Bridge. Crystal palace is on the line to Victoria and there are also tram links to Croydon, Wimbledon and Beckenham.

The road is wide, quiet and tree lined with free parking.
