Overground station 8 min walk / Train 12 min walk. High street 8 min walk. Aldi 10 mins away. Crystal Palace triangle with loads of great shops, bars, restaurants and Everyman Cinema a 20 min walk away.
All bills included (cleaner, utilities, broadband etc).
There are two bedrooms, one other occupant (me!), one shared bathroom and an office which you are more than welcome to use when I’m not WFH.
The house is on a cul-de-sac with a front garden and back garden with patio tables and chairs. It backs onto a large park with running trails and basketball courts etc.
I'm Irish / American (dual). The person that would enjoy this space is someone who wants a clean, inviting and relaxed space to come home to as a base/refuge not a party house. Chill place that is hassle free with no surprises.
