I hope your search for a place is going well. As the pictures show, the property is amazing (I hope you agree!). It is not here to make money out of someone, but to welcome you to my home and share good times with.

So rather than talking so much about the property, let me introduce myself...

I'm Gilberto, originally from Brazil, living here in London for the last 25 years. I'm 47 (I know I don't look 47 😉). I got divorced three years ago from my amazing, but now ex-wife. We still have a great relationship, which I can use as an excuse to bring my cute French Bulldog over for cuddles.

I love photography, reading, video games, travel, of course, food, and spending time with family.

As a good Brazilian, a good BBQ is a must in my house, where you'll be in charge of the drinks and me the cooking :). I am also a quiet, friendly, very considerate person, caring and extremely clean. I love a good movie, and Breaking Bad is my favourite series!!

As for the right person living with me, I am looking for a similar person, not someone who hides in their room and doesn't socialise, but of course, our space must be respected when we need quiet.

The photos and videos here show the house, but since they were taken, I have made a few changes to make the space calmer and more homely: new furniture, upgraded painting, and kitchen appliances.

I keep the house to the highest standards so we look forward to coming home, so great energy between us is a must. That's why I am not looking for just anyone. You can be a girl or boy, I don't mind. Your safety, privacy, and personal space will always be the top priority while living with me.

I have two rooms available for you to choose from. The smaller room, despite being smaller, is very cosy. The smaller room is £1,050 p/m and the bigger one is £1,150. I wish I could rent them for less, but to keep the house always clean, functioning, and well maintained is expensive, as everything is to the highest standard. There will be a cleaner twice a month to help us with the house maintenance.

The living room opens directly onto the covered outdoor area, giving the house a lovely indoor/outdoor feel.

It’s a great spot for morning coffee, reading, working on your laptop or simply relaxing after work.

This is probably the biggest difference its atmosphere.

QUIET LOCATION, GOOD CONNECTIONS

The house is in a peaceful residential cul-de-sac in SE20, with long-standing neighbours and very little passing traffic.

There are good transport connections towards Central London, Crystal Palace, Croydon and Brixton, as well as supermarkets, shops and some beautiful parks nearby.

It gives you the convenience of London without feeling like you’re living in the middle of the noise.
