We’re looking for a new (ideally male) housemate to join us on Friend Street :)

After a great time in Friend Street, my time has come to move in with my partner and I am thus looking for someone to replace me in this wonderful home! :)

The house is currently home to two females (American and Australian) and a males (Lebanese/Moroccan), all in our 30s working across HR, sports marketing and advertising. It is sociable, friendly, and respectful of each other, with busy schedules during the week. We are looking to maintain a balanced gender ratio in the house and are thus looking for another male to move in :)

We’re keen to find someone who similarly has their own routine and social life outside the house but who also enjoys the odd shared dinner, movie night, or spontaneous hangout.

Who we’re looking for:
Ideally, someone in their 30s who is easygoing, considerate, and can continue us keeping a clean, calm and welcoming home environment. This is not a party house and it’s generally quiet during the week, so it would suit someone who aligns with that.

About the house:
The house is split over three levels, with two bedrooms on each upper floor and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor.

The room available is south-facing and gets the best light in the house, with lovely morning sun. It’s comes with an entire wall of storage space (so much!) in all shapes and forms. I am also happy to discuss a bed takeover. :)

There’s plenty of shared storage (hallway cupboards + attic for suitcases), The room shares a bathroom with just one other person. The house has 3.5 bathrooms total (2x ensuites).

We also have a private back terrace with a large seating area and a BBQ plus secure side access for bikes.

The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker).

Located on a quiet one-way street, with Exmouth Market, Angel and great transport links all within easy walking distance.

Costs:
* Rent: £1158/month
* Deposit: £1352.54 (to leaving housemate) and £115 (to agency)
* Bills: ~£160–£180/month (incl. utilities, council tax, cleaner every 2 weeks)

Availability:
* Available from 18th July (with some flexibility to move in a few days earlier if needed)
