2 Rooms AVailable in 3 bed apartment

Rooftop

Hi,

There's currently two rooms available in this lovely modern 3 bed apartment between Angel and Old Street.

The only current tennant in the larger en-suite room.

The other two rooms available large double bedrooms, one with build in wardrobes.

Both rooms are ready to go in october.

The place is a new build with a private balcony which faces a courtyard and communal roof terrace that shows amazing in-interrupted views of east/South East London. It faces east so has sunny mornings and is turfed for any of you yoga fans.

We’re located about 5/10 minute walk from either Old Street or Angel. Depending on how fast you walk. You can walk either by road or along regents canal.

If you enjoy the gym there’s plenty to choose from within a short walking distance.

I'm hoping to get 2 people in that create a happy enviorment.

I’m looking for £1200 a month for the Larger and £1000 for the smaller double which would then cover all bills.

I hope to hear from you soon
