Looking for a seamless one-month stay in a fantastic central location? Me and my partner are moving into our own place and renting out our lovely double room for the final month of our tenancy.

🏠 The Flat & Room

A bright, spacious split-level 3-bed flat. Large living/dining room opening onto a private balcony, separate kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, main bathroom upstairs + guest WC downstairs.

The Room: Fully furnished double bedroom with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

👥 Housemates & Vibe

Until July, you’ll be sharing with two clean, friendly flatmates:

Sandy: British/Nepali, lived in the flat 10+ years and an incredible cook/baker!

Max: From Malaysia, works in Accounting/IT, super tidy and easygoing.

The flat has a warm, relaxed "home-like" feel. Great for a chat at the end of the week, but everyone naturally respects each other's quiet space.

📍 Location & Transport

Transport: Easy 10–15 min walk to either Angel (Northern line) or King’s Cross St. Pancras (all major tubes & trains).

Vibe: Just a few steps from Regent’s Canal—perfect for summer walks.

💰 Bills & Practicalities

Rent includes all energy, council tax, and high-speed fibre broadband

Flexibility: After June, the landlord is planning a full renovation of the flat and will re-let at a market rate.

If you are looking for something longer-term, there is opportunity to discuss taking on the post-renovation tenancy with the landlord for July onwards.
