Equidistant between Exmouth Market and Angel

Hello everyone,

A first floor, balconied Georgian apartment. , in a bit of proper old London.

Yours is a decent sized room (4m x 5m) with your own big sofa, good solid bed, desk etc along side and same sized sitting room both facing the leafy Square,

Sunny eat in kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with bath/ shower with decent water pressure, both overlooking the South facing back garden (room for bike storage)

It's nice to have an easy, relaxed and tidy home, so looking for someone who appreciates that and is similarly independent and who may like to raise a glass and share , if they fancy, a bite to eat, every now and again.

I am away at least one or two weekends a month and if not away, travelling with work, or out and about, hiking or visiting friends.

Short term lets are fine, too.

I am open, also, to a Monday to Friday let, at a lesser amount.
